Modern Wedding in the Colorado Mountains

Colorado isn’t all flurrys and snow bunnys- in the warmer months it gives us the most beautiful mountain backdrop. Using natural greens & whites, this couple created a modern vibe that fit perfectly tucked in to the mountains. The outdoor ceremony is gorgeous- I love the use of natural rocks as pews! Melissa Beck Photography captured the fete held at the Sunrise Amphitheater in Boulder. The modern flowers were created by Cori Cook, and I love the mix of pods, berries & single stems in glasses that look straight from the kitchen. Alexandra & Jack were married on the most breathtaking setting, a cliff on the golf course overlooking the water. This wedding is so elegant, and I love the outdoor serenity. Peach & Lilac Wedding in Coronado

Have you ever been to the little island of Coronado? It is a special place that has a strong sense of community. One of my dearest friends is from the island and I have spent many vacations lounged on the deck of the Del & riding tandem bikes along the seawalk. This Coronado wedding is so carefree and fun- it feels exactly like Coronado! I love the color palette and many, many DIY elements. The bride created everything herself and it flows so smoothly.
