Hues You’ll Heart: Tiffany Blue

It’s not teal, it’s not turquoise, it’s not just blue…. it’s a shade that we all know and love; it’s Tiffany blue! This is a distinctive color that most women can spot from a mile away! A perfect hue for any spring or summer wedding. It’s fresh and fun and perfect for any outdoor affair. This color could be paired with white (like the Tiffany’s box!) for an ultra chic and clean wedding palette. But don’t you think a little Tiffany’s box deserves to be paired with this color palette? Part One: Elegant Southern Wedding by La Cosa Bella Events

Ashley & Jordan fell in love one hut summer in North Carolina, and when they married three years later they made it a mission to incorporate all of the southern traditions that guided them through life. The run-down Doctor Watson Inn was special to them both, and was restored to its former glory by Jordan. What an incredible gift for his future bride! With the help of wedding planner Gina Myers with La Cosa Bella Events, Ashley and her mom spent months planning the southern affair for over 500 guests.

Every detail was thought of to create an enjoyable event for all their guests. Starting with a white trolley to escort guests to the event, everyone was greeted with a southern beverage. There is nothing worse than feeling parched at an outdoor summer ceremony! The front of the inn was transformed with an oversized garland of white hydrangea and magnolia leaves along the railings and columns. It might be one of the most beautiful ceremony settings I have ever seen! Definitely something I am bookmarking for my sisters wedding!

Part Two: Austin Hacienda de Hippie Wedding

After that gorgeous ceremony, I know you are thinking it can’t get better. But it can & it does! Since no wedding day is perfect, Jordan and Chad’s cocktail hour was bombarded by a Texas thunderstorm! Plans called for a seated dinner on the lawn, and dancing all night in the event center but the rain swept in and changed everything!

True to her southwestern fashion, Jordan changed her hair accessory and into turquoise cowboy boots! She was seated at a sweetheart table with her new hubby that was adorned with yarn covered candle holders, small cactuses, and bright votive holders.

The most incredible aspect of the reception were the huge paper flowers created by hand- each one took over two hours! Can you believe that DIY dedication? With the help of Misty Duncan, Jordan made the fabric & flower chandelier over the dance floor (incredible), the turquoise antlers, the Perfect Blend coffee favors (a great idea for coffee lovers!) & the entire coffee bar! I know all of you will go crazy for this beautiful wedding with the incredible DIY elements.
