Hello dear readers! I want to share a sneak peek of one of my favorite weddings this year. I met the incredible Jill Mashburn when she floated into Cebolla. She is a firecracker, and I am so lucky that I have gotten the chance to work with her. In case you don’t know who Jill is- she is the founder and owner of Common Grounds in Waco. With her entrepreneurial spirit, and incredible vision, we put together a one-of-a-kind wedding affair. Here is a sneak peek of her bridal bouquet that we created at Cebolla Fine Flowers of Dallas! Part two of an incredible rustic chic Oklahoma ranch wedding, full of beautiful and incredible details. It is so important to glamorize an outdoor wedding. This bride did it with lush florals in greens and corals, and metallic accents especially found in the mercury glass. Votives filled each table, creating a soft and romantic light. Part One: Rustic Chic Oklahoma Ranch Wedding by Simply Bliss Photography

When you grow up with a sprawling rustic ranch in the heart of Oklahoma, there is no other thought to it being the venue where vows will be swapped, guests will be welcomed, and a beautiful party will commence. This bride had the perfect place to plan her dream affair and it all came through wonderfully with the help of Tulsa event planner Details by Paige and floral designers of The Thicket . Our Southern brides will fall in love with her ballgown, complete with a big bow in the back. Of course, her custom bridal cowboy boots make an incredible look. The palette was inspired by the lush and natural landscape, and accented with pops of coral and metallics. Simply Bliss captured every moment, especially the smallest of details that were given the utmost attention!

Totally Toile

I have always been the biggest fan of toile prints. As a child, I would fascinate over the story a toile print told. My mother decorated our house in different toile, and I know it would feel like home to outfit my wedding in this elegant print. One of the best parts of toile is the ability pair it with various prints and colors. Don’t let the traditional aspect overwhelm you! Toile can be incorporated into many aspects of your special day from linens, napkins, and even the cake. Try incorporating this look from start to finish by adding a toile printed ribbon or envelope.

Citrus Styled Inspiration by Melissa McCrotty Photography

Pink and Orange is one of my absolute favorite color combinations- plus it reminds me of a favorite event planner in Dallas, Todd Events! This citrus styled shoot plays up the rustic elements found in natural Arkansas. The Barn at Twin Oaks Ranch supplied the venue, and we have featured them before right here! I love the mix of greenery with blooms, it is one of my favorite trends! I hope it is here to stay! Melissa Mcrotty captured the shoot that was inspired by the chic barn & the love of hot colors against a rustic background. Bliss Salon helped to beautify the bride dressed in a gown from Formal Affairs.
