Plantation Weddings, set on the steps of an old Civil War-era home, have captured my heart. Remember this gorgeous Southern wedding by La Cosa Bella Events? I still can’t get it out of my head! For a truly Southern wedding, Brides need to look no further than a wedding at Lowndes Grove Plantation in Charleston. This venue sets the bar and is decked out with lush florals in shades of pearl, peach, and dusty silvers. Ever since I got into the floral industry, I seriously obsess over flowers at weddings! These arrangements of white peonies, pink anemones, the david austin juliet rose, and ranunculus. All my favorites, y’all! Riverland Studios captured every moment, be sure to check them out when looking for a photographer in Charleston.
Laguna Gloria has grown into the premiere outdoor wedding venue of Austin. With a rich history in art, Laguna Gloria brings a glamorous vibe to the mediterranean style home. But nothing feels too fussy, and that’s exactly what I love about Austin. Another beautiful wedding from SMS Photography today. Black bridesmaids dresses bring glamour, but the lush floral in urns maintain the outdoor aesthetic. Once again, the chandeliers prove just how important lighting is. After spending so much time working with your vendors, be sure to work with a lighting company. Since working hands-on in the industry, I promise it makes a huge difference.
I’ve fallen in love with cascading bouquets. I just can’t help it! After working with flowers every day, I am just hooked on this mix of textures and greenery. These bouquets captured my heart, but the gorgeous photography by Ben & Molly definitely kept my eyes on this wedding. Vineyards have grown in popularity over the years, and this wedding proves that the natural beauty makes for an easy wedding backdrop. Washington brides need to definitely keep Karma Vineyards on their radar!
Spring is upon us people, and this Georgia wedding is showing us just how to welcome the coming months! This red-haired beauty surrounded herself with beautiful girls in teal & gave them bouquets in the brightest of colors. It reminds me of that amazing Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader’s wedding we featured a few weeks ago! For those of you getting married in a church in the next few months- how incredible are those boxwood wreaths? These florals by Jan Beeland are incredible. The mix of glamour with the natural urns is an excellent way to bring a rustic vibe to your wedding aesthetic. Jenny Evelyn Photography captured the Georgian soiree.
One of the most difficult parts of my day as a wedding coordinator is finding the perfect trellis inspiration. Really, there are far too many choices in this wedding world! But this trellis at this outdoor vineyard wedding- it might be the definition of trellis perfection! New York WeddingPhotographer, Roberto Falck, captured the purple and white wedding at the Raphael Vineyard. The outdoor ceremony is absolutely beautiful, as well as the floral design by Claire Bean.
