Reel Wedding Video: Victoria and Jason Evigan’s Epic Love Story

Now this is an epic Reel Wedding Video. In case you did not already know, 3 of my most favorite things in this world are film, music and weddings. And this one is a trifecta so you can imagine just how over-the-moon I was to stumble upon this classic gem. This is the love story of singer/songwriter Jason Evigan (I’ve personally been a fan since After Midnight Project) and his movie-star-pretty wife Victoria Evigan. Captured by the incredibly talented Lightfield Lewis – this video is mixed with still photos and gives you a glimpse of the bride and groom before their vows, a peak at their proposal, and the bond they share with their family and friends. It’s cinematic, heartfelt, and is directed, edited and produced to perfection. Oh, AND is set to incredible music. One of my favorite songs featured is by the groom himself. Jason’s cover of Benny Benassi’s Cinema is brilliant, moving, and oh so sexy. Listen and download. Admittedly this video is slightly longer than many of the other wedding videos you’ll find on Society Bride, but I think you’ll enjoy every second of it as I have.

Celebrity Wedding: A First Look at Anne Hathaway’s Valentino Wedding Gown

Another surprise celebrity wedding! Words cannot describe my feelings for this one-of-a-kind wedding gown designed by THE one-and-only Valentino, for his dear friend and Anne Hathaway. The actress married boyfriend of four years Adam Shulman in a gorgeous Big Sur ceremony last weekend. (More details from this celebrity wedding to follow!) The Les Misérables leading lady needed very little bridal jewelry to accessorize her stunning original Valentino Bridal Gown – and wore a 1920s-inspired headpiece consisting of a lace ribbon adorned with a large flower, sprinkled with small crystal beads. This celebrity bride got it right – original, breathtaking and absolutely unforgettable.

The actress and the 80-year-old designer, who retired from the helm of his eponymous design house 2008, have a close relationship and have worked together a number of times to cerate red carpet gowns for Hathaway.

“Mr. Valentino Garavani designed it especially for Anne and our seamstresses at the couture atelier in Rome made it,” shared a representative for Valentino. “Anne is like a daughter to him.” The representative also confirmed that the dress was made of ivory silk point d’esprit tulle, had a train embroidered with satin flowers and was hand-painted a soft pink hue. – via Fashion

American Idol Wedding! Lee DeWyze Marries Jonna Walsh!

I’m still a little shocked that American Idol Winner Lee DeWyze and his newlywed beauty Jonna Walsh have sent out all of the breathtakingly gorgeous details of their day. But lucky for us, they have, and I just can’t get enough of this cute couple! Surrounded by family & friends, this was much much more than a celebrity-filled publicity moment. This is true love, y’all! Marianne Wilson captured each moment perfectly so I hope you enjoy!

Congrats to Newlyweds Drew Barrymoore and Will Kopelman!

America’s favorite sweetheart got hitched over the weekend to art dealer Will Kopelman. Currently expecting their first child, Drew and Will planned an intimate wedding at her Montecito, CA home this weekend. Although photos haven’t been released yet, Drew wore a custom-made Chanel dress, designed by Karl Lagerfeld himself. Pinch me, please. He created a long white dress pleated in muslin and organza and accentuated with a black satin belt at her waist. Her Chanel dress had flowers embroidered in the muslin, organza, and tulle of the dress with feathers along the skirt. Of course the bride in custom Chanel wore fine jewelry also by the fashion house.
