I met this beautiful bride through my sister, and I have so enjoyed watching where life takes her. Her latest adventure is definitely one for the ages. Jordan met Chad when she was a little girl, and he was the older brother of a close friend.  She always had her eye on him, even telling his mom that “Chad had a cute face for a boyfriend!”  After being reunited at a mutual friends wedding, Chad  swept Jordan off her feet and proposed in Puerto Rico just a few months later.  Jordan knew just who to enlist to help plan her wedding – fellow Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader & planner extraordinaire Misty Duncan!

The bride & groom are from New Mexico, so they incorporated hometown flair with funky and bright colors, great food, and especially turquoise! The week was dubbed “Hacienda de Hippie”, an all-encompassing theme of Anthropologie-Free People-Spanish flair. The ceremony was held the Lois Perkins Chapel in quaint Georgetown. Jordan loved the long center aisle and beautiful stain glass windows. Jordan choose a beautiful jade color for the bridesmaids dresses and styled each girl with different accessories, hair styles, and bouquets. The bridal bouquet incorporated all of the colors with unique touches in the moss-covered cross and chunk of turquoise tied to the stems…simply stunning!

Jordan wore a beautiful Romona Keveza aubusson lace, slight mermaid style gown. She had the back altered to make the “V” more dramatic (perfect choice) and also added a beaded belt to the front. See brides…you can have your very own dream dress! Jordan choose a cathedral veil with lace trim, and lengthened the blusher veil to fall just below her bouquet.  Her favorite aspect of the dress was that it could be dressed up with Jimmy Choo’s for the ceremony, and dressed down with cowboy boots for a casual ceremony.
