Although lace has been a standard on the wedding scene for quite some time, it’s a big wedding trend for 2013. Lace is making a major comeback, and it can be found on lace wedding cakes, reception details, and of course, wedding dresses. Lace is perfect to incorporate into weddings because it adds a feminine and vintage feel. Lace is also a classic wedding detail. I love how creative and unique people are getting with their use of lace. What creative ways would you like to add lace to your wedding?

If you follow fashion then you know that chartreuse is all the rage this season. It’s also on point as a wedding palette! This bright color is unique and exciting, and it adds a level of fun to the wedding details. Chartreuse is a perfect color for spring weddings. I love chartreuse because it’s such a happy color, whether it is used as a main color or just an accent, I think it is a fabulous and unique choice!

Part One: Rustic Chic Oklahoma Ranch Wedding by Simply Bliss Photography

When you grow up with a sprawling rustic ranch in the heart of Oklahoma, there is no other thought to it being the venue where vows will be swapped, guests will be welcomed, and a beautiful party will commence. This bride had the perfect place to plan her dream affair and it all came through wonderfully with the help of Tulsa event planner Details by Paige and floral designers of The Thicket . Our Southern brides will fall in love with her ballgown, complete with a big bow in the back. Of course, her custom bridal cowboy boots make an incredible look. The palette was inspired by the lush and natural landscape, and accented with pops of coral and metallics. Simply Bliss captured every moment, especially the smallest of details that were given the utmost attention!

It’s not teal, it’s not turquoise, it’s not just blue…. it’s a shade that we all know and love; it’s Tiffany blue! This is a distinctive color that most women can spot from a mile away! A perfect hue for any spring or summer wedding. It’s fresh and fun and perfect for any outdoor affair. This color could be paired with white (like the Tiffany’s box!) for an ultra chic and clean wedding palette. But don’t you think a little Tiffany’s box deserves to be paired with this color palette?
